Return Policy

Cancellation policy:

  1. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly send in an email to hello@tejbandas.com
    within 6 hours of placing an order.
  2. Once an order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to accept any
    cancellation requests. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully
    before dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Return Policy:

  1. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have until 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  3. Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds.
  4. A pickup and return processing fee will be applied on orders for returns.
  5. We highly recommend taking unboxing videos of the product upon delivery/arrival of Tejbandas products.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Customers can exchange a product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  3. The first exchange is complimentary. Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee.
  4. We highly recommend taking unboxing videos of the product upon delivery/arrival of Tejbandas products.
  5. The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 7 days.

Refund Policy:

  1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange, and let you know if the return was approved or not.
  2. Please note, Cash On Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for a refund, only prepaid orders are. 
  3. These credits can be utilized to purchase another order within the next 3 months from the date of issuance.
  4. For prepaid orders, If a return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 working days. In both cases, you will be refunded with your purchase amount minus the shipping charges.
  5. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@tejbandas.com.

Damages & Issues:

  1. ALL CLAIMS ARE NULL AND VOID WITHOUT AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE
    PRODUCT TAKEN BY THE CUSTOMER UPON DELIVERY.
  2. Please inspect your order upon reception. Upon receipt of a faulty, damaged, or
    substandard product, the customer is required to send a mail at
    hello@tejbandas.com with the images and videos of the product immediately or within 48 hours of the product being received. If the issue is verified upon
    examination, an appropriate solution or resolution will be provided thereafter.
  3. To be eligible for either a return/exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  4. Please note that we maintain a record of the product during quality check and
    packaging, at our end, right before dispatch.
