Return Policy
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
- We have a 7 days return policy. Which means return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. For Returns we offer only online store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it in - unworn, unused/unwashed, original tags intact, and in its original packing.
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, our team will conduct an inspection after which you will receive an email with the online store credit slip.
- Please note, Tejbandas will not be liable for the loss of garments being returned or exchanged.
- A pickup and return processing fee will be applied on orders for returns.
- Against returns, the store credit amount given will be after deducting INR 100 for shipping and in case of COD order INR 250 (for shipping + COD charges).
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- The item must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any stains, damage or smell of perfume.
- The item must first reach our warehouse, only post which the return can be processed and the store credit can be offered.
- If you happen to receive a garment that is not a part of your order please notify us immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the order at hello.tejbandas@gmail.com with pictures of the product and we'll try our best to fix the issue. Please ensure that you keep the order untried, unworn, and unwashed.
- We take great care in ensuring that every garment undergoes a thorough quality check before being dispatched. However, in the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To facilitate a smooth resolution, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, as returns may not be accepted without it.
- All sales on accessories are final with no exchanges or returns will be accepted for the same. Except in case of any manufacturing defect or damage, in such a case please reach out to our team within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Returns on individual items from a set or bundle are not permitted to maintain the value and integrity of our bundles. To be eligible for a return, the entire set or bundle must be returned in its original condition.
- The company reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the specified criteria.
- The return process takes 10-15 days to complete.
- As per our policy, we only provide store credit, we do not provide refunds. By placing an order you agree to our store policy.

HOW CAN I REGISTER A RETURN?
You can raise a return request by sending an email at hello@tejbandas.com.
Please pack the garment in its original packaging with all its original tags and a pick-up agent will come to collect the package. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging we will not be able to accept the return and the package will be sent back.
Remember that you must send the items you wish to return within 7 days from the shipping date of your order.
REQUESTED A RETURN OF YOUR ORDER BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN CARRIED OUT?
If you have requested a return and your pickup is pending post 4 days of raising the request, please reach out to us on hello@tejbandas.com with your order ID and our team will look into it!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Our return process typically takes 12-15 days to complete. You will receive email updates when your return pickup is scheduled and once the product is delivered to our warehouse. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit, which will be sent to your registered email ID. If you need to update your personal details, please contact us at hello@tejbandas.com before the process is completed.
WHAT IF THE GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY / DAMAGED?
Every product we send undergoes a throughout quality check before it is dispatched for delivery. However if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it as long as it has been brought to our notice within 24 hours and returned within the 7 day return period. If you have received a faulty item please follow the same steps listed above for exchanges/returns. You will need to upload images/unboxing videos of the product in order for the team to investigate. We will replace the item if stock is available or issue a store credit upon return.
WHAT IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED IS OUT OF STOCK?
If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a store credit.
WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation Eligibility
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing the order and you will receive full store credit for the order value. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please note that refunds are not provided for cancelled orders; only store credit will be issued.
